How we look after your notes

This Privacy Policy describes what happens when you call, email, or send the form on royalcrown.it.com.

Who we are

Royal Crown, at Royal Crown House, 16-20 Mnasiadou Street, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus, is the house that receives your messages. Email [email protected] or phone +357 22885555 if you want to talk about privacy.

We keep this notice in plain words so you can decide what to share before you write.

What you may send

Your name

So we know who to greet when we reply or when you arrive.

Email and phone

So we can answer the note or confirm a time at the house.

Your message

The topic and the words you choose to type. Please send only what you are comfortable sharing.

Why we keep a note

We use your details to reply, to prepare a conversation, and to keep a short record of what we discussed if you visit. We do not use them for any other house, and we do not pass them around for publicity.

If you phone, the person at the desk may write your name and the reason for the call so the right colleague can continue the conversation.

How long, and who can see it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to remember a visit you asked for. When a note is no longer needed, we delete it or remove your name from it.

Only people who work at Royal Crown House read visitor messages. We do not give your details to an outside company for their own use. A helper who maintains our email may see a message only so the mailbox keeps working, and only under a duty to keep it private.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] with the subject “Privacy” and we will respond on a weekday.

You may also stop a conversation at any time. Tell us in person, by phone, or by email, and we will close the note.

Children and households

This website is written for parents and carers who speak for their household. Please do not send a child’s personal story unless you are the parent or carer and the note is needed for the visit.

We do not ask children to write to us through the form. If you want to talk about family plans, you are the right person to send the message.

Cookies and this notice

The website stores one choice cookie so we remember whether you accept or decline cookies. That is described in the Cookie Policy. Reading pages does not ask you to create a profile.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when our routines change. The date you rely on is the day you read the page. Related notices: Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer.
